Deposit required to reserve your share is $1,650.00 - Remaining balance of $3,847.00 will be due prior to delivery

Harvest schedule is set for Late Summer 2024.  Delivery schedule to be confirmed after processing. Total cost includes processing and all cut and wrap fees. 

Whole Share consists of 480lbs - 500 lbs. of beef and generally includes the following assortment of cuts (final cut list could be more or less depending on the weight of the animal):

  • 16 Ribeye Steaks - May include combination of bone-in and boneless (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1.5 lbs. each)
  • 10 New York Steaks (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1 lb. each)
  • 6 Filet Mignon (Cut 2" thick and approx. 12 oz. each)
  • 9 Steaks - Combination of Porterhouse or T-Bone Steaks (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1.5 lbs. each)
  • 3 pkgs. Ranchers (Chuck Eye) Steaks (approx. 1.5 lb. each)
  • 10 Top Sirloin Steaks (Cut 1" thick and approx. 1 lb. each)
  • 14 pkgs. Fajita Meat (1 lb. each)
  • 27 pkgs. Kabob Meat (1 lb. each)
  • 2 Tri-Tip Roast (2-3 lbs each) 
  • 2 Flank Steaks
  • 3 pkgs. Skirt Steak (approx. 1 lb. each)
  • 10 Roasts - Assorted combination of Cross Rib, Chuck and Sirloin Tip Roasts (approx. 3-4 lbs each)
  • 4 Flat Iron Steaks (approx. 1 lb. each)
  • 12 pkgs. Short Ribs (2 per pkg.)
  • 4 Bavette Steaks (approx. 1 lb. each)
  • 8 pkgs. Shank/Osso Buco (2 per pkg. cut 2" thick)
  • 5-7 pkgs. brisket (Cut to approx. 3 lbs. per pkg)
