Harvest schedule is set for Late Summer 2024. Delivery scheduled during Fall 2024 and will be confirmed after processing. Total cost includes processing and all cut and wrap fees.
Whole Share consists of 450lbs - 480 lbs. of beef and generally includes the following assortment of cuts (final cut list could be more or less depending on the weight of the animal):
- 16 Ribeye Steaks - May include combination of bone-in and boneless (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1.5 lbs. each)
- 10 New York Steaks (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1 lb. each)
