Tri-Tip (roast)

Also called the California or West Coast Cut, the Jenner Family Beef Tri-tip is a favorite cut, full of flavor and tender. It comes from the bottom Sirloin primal cut and is generally grilled, barbequed or roasted. Many chefs choose to slice the Tri-tip across the grain.
