Sirloin Tip Roast

Top Sirloin Roast is often cooked in a moderate oven (350 degrees), after having been  rubbed with olive oil and infused with whole garlic. Often cooked to medium rare and carved into thin slices. Or it's also occasionally served with gravy. This roast is a reasonably priced cut of beef.
