The New York Strip Steak is actually cut from one side of the T-Bone or Porterhouse Steak, which all come from the loin. This is considered to be the most flavorful region of a beef. It has a delicious flavor and, though not the most tender steak, it is often preferred because of its solid bite. It is a great pan-grilled or barbequed steak option. Come two to a package.
