Flat Iron Steak
The Flat Iron Steak is cut from the shoulder region of the animal. Well-marbled and flavorful, it is rich, which makes it a good grilling steak. Like the Filet, a Flat Iron Steak can also be used in stir-fry or be broiled or pan-seared. It is considered a reasonably priced cut of beef, and it is one of our families' favorite cuts.
