The Jenner Family Beef Chuck Roast is one of this family's favorite "winter time" roasts. It comes from the shoulder area, is finely textured and known for its rich, beefy flavor. These roasts are ideal for slow cooking, sometimes referred to as pot roasts. Braised then cooked slowly and served with roasted potatoes, carrots, onions, and more, the Chuck Roast makes a wholesome, hearty meal. If grilled, slice thinly across the grain to serve.
