Beef Neck Bones

Jenner Family Beef Neck Bones are cut in sections and include approximately 1.8 lbs. to 2. 5 lbs. per package.

Beef neck bones are a flavorful and often overlooked cut of meat, taken from the neck of the cow. While they contain a good amount of bone and connective tissue they also have small amounts of meat attached, which becomes tender and flavorful when cooked slowly.  

This cut is commonly used in soups, stews, and broths due to the richness and depth of flavor that the bones impart.
