1/8 Share of Beef DEPOSIT
We are taking deposits for our next bulk beef processing which is scheduled for January 2025. Exact delivery dates TBD, estimated for February. Placing a deposit will secure your share reservation for the next butcher date. We will have a limited number of animals ready.
Total Cost for 1/8 Share is $999.00
Deposit required to reserve your share is $299.00 - Remaining balance of $700.00 will be due prior to delivery - SHIPPING INCLUDED to Zones 1-3. Other shipping zones may include an additional freight charge.
We never push our animals to finish, they will be harvested on their schedule when perfectly finished, the way nature intended.
Delivery will be confirmed after processing. Total cost includes processing and all cut and wrap fees.
1/8 Share consists of approximately 50 lbs. - 55 lbs. of beef and includes the following assortment of cuts (Note: Final cut list could be more or less depending on the weight of the animal):
- 2-3 Ribeye Steaks - May include combination of bone-in and boneless (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1.5 lbs. each)
- 1-2 New York Steaks (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1 lb. each)
- 1 Filet Mignon (Cut 2" thick and approx. 12 oz. each)
- 2 Steaks - Combination of Porterhouse or T-Bone Steaks (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1.5 lbs. each)
- 1 pkg. Top Sirloin OR Ranchers (Chuck Eye) Steaks (Cut 1" thick and approx. 1 lb. each)
- 1-2 pkgs. Skirt Steak (approx. 1 lb. each)
- 1-2 pkgs. Fajita Meat (1 lb. each)
- 2-3 pkgs. Stew/Kabob Meat (1 lb. each)
- 1 Tri-Tip Roast (2-3 lbs. each) OR 1 Flank Steak (1 lb.) OR Flat Iron Steak (1 lb.)
- 1 -2 Roasts - Assorted combination of Roasts
- 2-3 pkgs. Short Ribs (2 per pkg.)
- 1 pkg. Shank/Osso Buco (2 per pkg. cut 2" thick)
- 22-25 lbs. Ground Beef (1 lb. each)
