Total cost includes processing and all cut and wrap fees.  The 1/8 Share generally Includes the following cuts (could be more or less depending on weight):

  • 30 lbs Ground Beef
  • 3 Ribeye Steaks (14-18 oz)
  • 3 NY Steaks (14-18 oz)
  • 2 Filet (6 oz)
  • 1 Chuck Eye Steaks (14-18 oz)
  • 1 Top Sirloin Steaks (16-32 oz)
  • 1 Sirloin Tips (14-18 oz)
  • 1 Package Skirt Steak (1 per package) OR 1 Flank Steak
  • 1 Roast (3-4 lbs)
  • 1 London Broil (16-32 oz)   
  • 1 Flat Iron (16-32 oz)
