1/8 Share consists of approximately 55 lbs. - 60 lbs. of beef and includes the following assortment of cuts (Note: Final cut list could be more or less depending on the weight of the animal):
- 2 Ribeye Steaks - May include combination of bone-in and boneless (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1.5 lbs. each)
- 2 New York Steaks (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1 lb. each)
- 1 Filet Mignon (Cut 2" thick and approx. 12 oz. each)
