1/4 Share Beef - BALANCE DUE BEFORE SHIPPING

Deposit required to reserve your share is $555.00 - Remaining balance of $1,294.00 will be due prior to delivery - SHIPPING INCLUDED to Zones 1-3.  Other shipping zones may include an additional freight charge.

Harvest schedule is set for Late Summer 2024.  Delivery scheduled during Fall 2024 and will be confirmed after processing. Total cost includes processing and all cut and wrap fees. 

1/4 Share consists of 110 lbs. - 120 lbs. of beef and generally includes the following assortment of cuts (final cut list could be more or less depending on the weight of the animal):

• 4 Ribeye Steaks - May include combination of bone-in and boneless (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1.5 lbs. each)
• 3 New York Steaks (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1 lb. each)
• 2 Filet Mignon (Cut 2" thick and approx. 12 oz. each)
• 2 Steaks - Combination of Porterhouse or T-Bone Steaks (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1.5 lbs. each)

• 3 Top Sirloin Steaks (Cut 1" thick and approx. 1 lb. each)
• 3 pkgs. Fajita Meat (1 lb. each)
• 7 pkgs. Kabob Meat (1 lb. each)
• 1 Tri-Tip Roast (2-3 lbs. each) OR 1 Flank Steak
• 1 pkg. Skirt Steak (approx. 1 lb. each)
• 3 - 4 Roasts - Assorted combination of Cross Rib, Chuck and Sirloin Tip Roasts (approx. 3-4 lbs. each)
