1/2 Share of Beef DEPOSIT

Total Cost for 1/2 Share is $2,899.00

Deposit required to reserve your share is $870.00 - Remaining balance of $2,029.00 will be due prior to delivery - SHIPPING INCLUDED to Zones 1-3.  Other shipping zones may include an additional freight charge.

Harvest schedule is set for Late Fall 2024.  We never push our animals to finish, they will be harvested on their schedule when perfectly finished, the way nature intended.

Delivery will be confirmed after processing. Total cost includes processing and all cut and wrap fees. 

 1/2 Share consists of 225 lbs. - 240 lbs. of beef and generally includes the following assortment of cuts (final cut list could be more or less depending on the weight of the animal):

• 8 Ribeye Steaks - May include combination of bone-in and boneless (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1.5 lbs. each)
• 5 New York Steaks (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1 lb. each)
• 3 Filet Mignon (Cut 2" thick and approx. 12 oz. each)
• 4 Steaks - Combination of Porterhouse or T-Bone Steaks (Cut 1.5" thick and approx. 1.5 lbs. each)
• 1 pkgs. Ranchers (Chuck Eye) Steaks (approx. 1.5 lb. each)
• 5 Top Sirloin Steaks (Cut 1" thick and approx. 1 lb. each)
• 7 pkgs. Fajita Meat (1 lb. each)
• 14 pkgs. Kabob Meat (1 lb. each)
• 1 Tri-Tip Roast (2-3 lbs. each) 
• 1 Flank Steaks
• 1 pkgs. Skirt Steak (approx. 1 lb. each)
• 5 Roasts - Assorted combination of Cross Rib, Chuck and Sirloin Tip Roasts (approx. 3-4 lbs. each)
• 2 Flat Iron Steaks (approx. 1 lb. each)
