Top Round Steak
The Top Round Steak has been compared to a London Broil. It comes from the hind quarter and, while a fairly thick steak and lean, it makes a great family dinner selection. It is best slow cooked or cooked only til it is medium rare and then sliced (with the grain), into thin slices. It is considered the "Top" round because it is located directly above the Bottom Round and Eye of the Round. Comes in a package of four.
