T-Bone Steak

A favorite of steak lovers, the Jenner T-Bone is over 1" thick and averages 1.2  lb. The popular bone-in steak comes from the front end of the tenderloin and is shaped in a "T".  One side of the T-bone steak contains a small section of tenderloin while the other side contains the meaty flavor of a New York strip steak, thus it's important to consider the grilling or frying time. For medium rare, a steak is cooked for about 5 minutes on each side.
