Stew and/or Fajita Steak Tips
Steak tips or stew meat - cut from the Sirloin - can be used for stews or even fajitas. While Skirt Steak or Flank Steak is often the preferred cut for fajitas, Sirloin Tips are flavorful and easy to cook. Generally they are seared quickly on high heat until ,crusty and browned, then they're simmered or cooked until done. A hearty stew can simmer for a couple hours, enhanced by seasonings and onions or assorted vegetables.
Sirloin Steak Tips are cut into 1" cubes, ready to be prepared as kabobs, fajitas, or in beef stews.
