Fajita Steak Tips
Fajita – Steak tips – Cut from the Sirloin, Jenner Family Beef Steak Tips can be used for fajitas, although they can also be served without a tortilla. While Skirt Steak or Flank is often the preferred cut for fajitas, Sirloin Tips are flavorful and easy to cook. Generally they are seared quickly on high heat so they are crusty, then they're simmered or cooked until done. Tips can easily be sliced if thin slices are preferred.
Sirloin Steak Tips are cut into 1" cubes, ready to be prepared as kabobs, fajitas or in stews. AVG. 1 lb package.
