Eye of the Round Steak
The Jenner Family Beef Eye of Round Steak comes from the rump area of a beef. Because it’s a muscled piece of meat, it is chewier, thus often marinated to improve its tenderness (from a couple hours to overnight). But it is flavorful, reasonably priced, and can be used in a variety of recipes. The Eye of the Round works perfectly in a roasting pan or the popular deep hot pot.
