Cube Steak is a very lean cut of meat, which comes from the lean hind quarter of the animal. Ours is pre-tenderized to insure it's usefulness. It is a relatively inexpensive cut and can be used as chicken fried steak or even in stroganoff or stir fry recipes. AVG. (16-32 OZ)
