Beef "Cutlets"

Beef Cutlets, aka cube steaks, are most often used for making "chicken-fried steak" or Swiss steak. Not overly tender, cutlets can be pounded and then dredged in flour, bread crumbs, or panko, then fried until crisp. Cutlets are one of those comfort foods that are handed down in many families. Gravy is often made to accompany cutlets, which can then be served with potatoes or noodles. Packaged as single cutlets.
